Using all of the best information available to us at this time, in order to operate in the safest manner possible for both our clients and Just Float Team Members, we have made the decision to reopen to our Members Only with a very limited schedule and extreme social distancing.  We will re-evaluate the decision to open back to the general public Mid-June.  Floating is a safe activity, even in the age of COVID, arguably much safer than visiting the grocery store.  You are in a sanitized room, by yourself, in a building with very few people in it every day, and practicing proper social distancing.

Some of the changes we have made to help reduce the possibility of spread of SARS-COV-2 at our facility :

  • Fewer Appointments and Staggered Start & End times.
    • This will reduce the people in the building and allow all our clients to move around the space more freely while still practicing the social distancing guidelines.
    • ALL clients MUST arrive on time for their appointments.  Your float will begin 15 minutes after your arrival time.  This will give us time to converse quickly and for you to shower and float the entire hour.
  • Increased Sanitization
    • Just Float has always prided ourselves on providing the highest level of cleanliness in a float center for our clients.  This will continue and we are also adding additional disinfection measures.
      • In between each client, the entire interior and exterior surface of the float cabin and shower areas will be disinfected completely using 3% Hydrogen Peroxide (an approved sanitizer at 0.5% concentration).
      • Items more likely to be touched (all handles, buttons, soap dispensers, benches, amenities, etc., and restrooms) will be sanitized with Simple Green D Pro 5 (EPA registered, hospital-grade disinfectant known for its high performance) in between each client.
  • Appointments are only available via email or phone and for Members only at this time.  Please email info@justfloat.com with your desired time and date within the schedule below. If you are not a Member but have floated with us more than 5 times in the last year and need to float, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you as much as possible, while still giving our members priority booking privileges.

    • Our current schedule will be as follows:
      • Thursday, Friday, Saturday Evening Floats from 4:30-8:00pm
      • Sunday Morning Floats from 10:00am-3:00pm
    • Specific Requests like couple/group floats wanting to start at the same time or a back-to-back extended float may not be available at this time, however, please email us and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you.
  • Certain parts of our facility have been closed for everyone’s safety.
    • Unfortunately both our Post Float and Grooming Rooms will be closed until further notice.
    • We will also not be offering water or tea service at this time. If you do bring your own water, we ask that you please consume it within the closed float suite.
  • Masks will be REQUIRED by all persons, at all times, throughout the facility, outside of the float suite itself.  Please be respectful of others and help us in our cleaning efforts by wearing your mask at all times outside of the float suite, shower, and tank.
  • You must sign a waiver and it must be completed PRIOR to your arrival at Just Float.  We no longer have shared electronics at this time.  We are also not offering the MUSE Meditation Machine for use by our clients at this time.
  • Float amenities like q-tips, earplugs, vaseline, hair-ties, contact lens cases, hair caps, robes, etc. will still be available, however, they will be available by request only before your float at the front desk so we can ensure what you are receiving is clean.
