Mastermind Mondays at Just Float are expert-led workshops with optional 90-minute floats that provide you, our Members, with even more tools for de-stressing and achieving peak life condition.

This month’s Mastermind Monday is focused on how floating can optimize your second brain (your gut!) and how floating is an integral part in your optimal wellness. On November 26th at 6 PM Just Float welcome’s Sarah Greenfield, RD, CSSD who will review the process to correct underlying digestive imbalances and how floating can be a part of the solution! Through her work with FearlessFig.com she has been featured in Men’s Health, SelfBuzzFeed, and has done a TEDx Talk.

The stress we live with on a daily basis keeps our system from ever fully relaxing and switching into the all-important rest and digest phase where our parasympathetic nervous system is activated. This wreaks havoc your waistline, it’s terrible for your digestion, and if you want more info before the Mastermind, she has written a blog post titled: Can Floating Improve Digestion.

Sarah will share with our attendees the process to correct underlying digestive imbalances and how floating can influence a healthy gut (which means more energy, less cramping, better nutrition, and superior health)!
