This month, Mastermind Monday welcomes certified Wim Hof Method instructor Joey Hauss. In his journey to becoming a champion wrestler, a decorated Sergeant in the US Marine Corps, and a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Joey’s relentless drive to optimize his body for competition and performance led him to an unexpected game-changer: the Wim Hof Method.
